It is an adequately structured, multidisciplinary, consulting and engineering company responsive to the needs of each client.
We offer a complete planning, design engineering, project management and contract administration service, for projects ranging in size from the smallest schemes to large and complex turnkey contracts.

Through our sister offshore, foreign and local partners we provide services in all aspects of: consulting, engineering and contracting services in capital projects such as:

We provide all kinds of consulting services connected with contracting, supply and installation of equipment, supervision and management.

Our companies are very active in Ex-East Block counties and especially in Russia, CIS, executing different projects such as housing, multi-storey car parks, bridges etc. Our representative offices established in Moscow-Russia, Belgrade-Yugoslavia, and Bucharest-Rumania.

Few of the main Contracts signed are listed below:

  • We have signed the Turn-Key Contract with the Russian Government for Residential and Administration Buildings (1200 flats).
  • We have signed the Turn-Key Contract with Ministry of Foreign Trade of Russian Federation for 10 steel public multi-storey car parks, each for 600 vehicles. One car park is already completed and two are under construction.
  • We have signed the Precontract Agreement with the SAKHA REPUBLIC (YAKUTIA) GOVERNMENT for power station, transmission line and railway line. We also signed the Protocol of intention with the Mayor of Yakutsk concerning the execution of the Drinking Water Treatment Plant (Lena river) on the turnkey basis.
  • We have signed the Turn-Key Contract with the ALMAZY-ROSSII SAKHA Co. LTD, main exporter of Diamonds from SAKHA REPUBLIC, for a 100 rooms 4**** Hotel Complex which is under construction.
  • We have signed the Turn-Key Contract with the Limassol Town Municipality, Cyprus, for the construction of two multi-storey car parks, one of which is under construction.
